Initial Clean Up: Our first visit gets your
property up to our standards. Corrective and
Rejuvenation pruning are just some of the techniques
we implement during our first visit. We’ll also take
soil samples to insure optimum growing conditions.
For this first visit a higher initial cost is
needed, but stay on the Bed Maintenance Service and
all of your future Spring and Fall clean up's are at
a minimum. |

Shrub
Pruning: All shrubs on the property are to be pruned
and trimmed in a manner that is beneficial to the
species. Small trees under the height of 20 ft... will
be pruned and trimmed with dead branches removed. All
cuttings from this activity are to be taken from the
property and all areas disturbed by such activities
raked to grade. |

Detail
Visits: These visits can be preformed as often as
you would like. Ground Covers and vines will be
maintained, plant life will be deadheaded, and sucker
growth will be removed from ornamental trees. Sticks,
leaves, and debris will be removed from property,
moisture levels will be checked, weeding of beds and
tree rings will be done by hand or with herbicide. All
yard surfaces will be blown off, and a balanced
ornamental fertilizer will be applied. |

Leaf
Removal: Fall leaves will be removed from all lawn
and bed areas in accordance with the service schedule.
Leaf collection will be taken from the property unless
approved by the owner. |

Fall
Clean Up: Beds will be cleaned of leaves and debris
and all remaining weeds will be pulled during this
visit. All ornamental grasses and spent perennials will
be cut back to the ground at this time unless requested
by the owner. Ornamental trees and shrubs less than 15
ft... will be sprayed to aid in
control of over-wintering insects as well as to prevent
moisture dissipation over the winter. |

Snow
Removal: After snow fall with an accumulation of 2
or more inches we will remove all snow and ice from
paved areas and then use salt or calcium to prevent
refreezing |

Corrective & Dormant Pruning: Ornamental trees and
shrubs less than 15 ft.. will be pruned to establish or
regain a correct growth habit or to create a more formal
look. This service is typically done during the initial
visit and kept up yearly between the months of December
and March. |

Plant
Guard: Includes monitoring all ornamental trees,
shrubs, ground cover, ornamental grasses, and perennials
for any pests or disease activity. Target spraying of
damaging insect populations or the release or predatory
insects may be implemented to control potential
problems. Due to the nature of this program, occasional
evidences of pest or disease damage may occur. When
required, control techniques may be employed immediately
or will be scheduled for application within a few days,
weather permitting. |

Lawn
Mowing: Beginning with the first required mowing of
the season, contractor will mow all lawn areas to a
height of no less then 2.5 inches and remove all cut
grass from the lawn as needed. Mowing frequency from the
beginning of the first mowing in April and will continue
weekly through the end of the growing season. It is
estimated that 32 mows will be needed and the owner must
approve mowing beyond that total in advance. This also
includes string trimming, stick edging, and blowing off. |

Lawn
Fertilizing: We use a 5-step program of both
granular and liquid applications. These consist of a
fertilizer plus premergent crabgrass control, fertilizer
plus weed control, fertilizer plus insect control, a
straight fertilizer, and a winterizer application.
During this application special care will be paid to
problem areas and treated with the proper technique.

Lawn
Aeration: Recommended annually or semi-annually to
open up soil, encourage water percolation, enhance
fertilizer effiency and increase oxygen exchange, as it
will greatly enhance root development. Normally this
service is scheduled to be preformed once during April
and again in October. |

Summer
Display: A color scheme of annuals will be planted
to enhance the appearance of the property. |

Seasonal Lighting: We will supply the light and
ideas decorate your house for the holiday season. Then
take them down for the new year. |
